"A visit to the Deerwood Ranch was the highlight of our stay in Laramie. Rich, the owner and our guide, drove us out in the middle of 350 wild horses and spent the next 1.5 hours educating us about the eco sanctuary program for these beautiful creatures. It is hard to put into words what an awesome experience this was."

"What a wonderful experience!!!! The family-run eco sanctuary has over 350 horses and we were taken out to the pasture to see them up close. We were interested in getting photos and the owner was very accommodating. He told us the history of the program and also pointed out interesting characteristics of many of the horses. It was such a great time!!! AND, he gave us a recommendation for lunch in nearby Centennial— which was great!"
